Rooted in Kerala’s classical Ayurvedic therapies and guided by experienced Vaidyas, this program identifies the root causes of stress, calms the nervous system, and restores natural energy flow.

Initial Diagnosis: Nadi Pariksha & Dosha Analysis by senior Ayurveda physician
Tailored Stress Relief Protocol: Therapy plan addressing nervous, endocrine, and emotional balance
Integrative Mind-Body Support: Ayurvedic therapies, yoga, meditation & herbal supplements
Key Therapies for Stress Relief:
Mind & Nervous System Rejuvenation:
Shirodhara – Continuous stream of medicated oil on the forehead to calm the mind and balance hormones
Takradhara / Ksheeradhara – Cooling therapies ideal for Pitta-induced anger, frustration, and burnout
Nasya – Nasal therapy to clear the head space and support emotional regulation
Thalapothichil – Herbal paste application on the scalp to relax the nervous system and promote mental clarity
Full-Body Relaxation & Detox:
Abhyanga – Warm herbal oil massage to soothe the nerves and increase circulation
Swedana – Herbal steam to release muscular tension and mental rigidity
Padabhyanga – Ayurvedic foot massage to ground Vata and promote deep sleep
Kativasthi / Greevavasthi – Local oil pooling for back and neck stiffness caused by stress posture
Pizhichil (if needed) – Full-body warm oil bath for those with deep fatigue and burnout
Optional Cleansing Therapies (based on consultation):
Virechana – Liver and gut detox to reduce accumulated Pitta and emotional heat
Basti – Herbal enema to pacify aggravated Vata causing anxiety, dryness, and instability

- Welcome Drink on Arrival – Herbal, dosha-balancing beverage
- Accommodation – Spacious, independent villas designed for privacy and comfort
- Sattvic Meals – Wholesome vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- In-Room Mineral Water – 1 bottle per person/day (Max 2 bottles/room/day);
- Daily Therapies – Two Ayurvedic therapies per person/day + steam bath
- (Note: Preventive/Regenerative packages include one Abhyanga massage per day)
- Post-Treatment Drink – Fresh herbal tea or juice after each session
